Introduction to G-ZERO Mill Prerequisite: must have programmed first part in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual Session #1 - covers basic Windows usage and program start-up plus G-ZERO drilling with DRILL command: G81, G82, G83, G84 plus REPEAT. Session #2 - covers basic milling: MILL, RECTANGLE, ROUND and introduction to COMP.
Intermediate G-ZERO Mill Prerequisite: must have programmed first 3 parts in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual Session #1 - covers G-ZERO milling topics: COMP, ROUGH, ROTATE along with pocket milling entry techniques. Session #2 - covers automatic lead-on/lead-off, undo/redo, Widgets introduction, fixtures(clamp, bolt, vise), and MULTIPLE parts programming techniques plus inroduction to 3 and 4-axis programming.
Advanced G-ZERO Mill Prerequisite: must have programmed first 6 parts in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual Session #1 - covers advanced contouring with COMP and CAD (DXF+DWG files), along with special shaped tools (ball, bull, taper, wheel, saw, corner rounder). Also, power usage of ROTATE, STOCK and REPEAT.

Session #2 - covers automatic lead-on/lead-off, optimized drill path, better helixing, undo/redo, Widgets creation, adding new tool types, STATION with child, customizable axis direction and orientation, %NOSUB.

Session #2 - covers additional one-line commands: BAR OP, GROOVE, THREAD, PARTOFF, DEADTAP, TAIL and introduction to COMP.
Intermediate G-ZERO Lathe Prerequisite: must have programmed first 3 parts in the G-ZERO Lathe Tutorial manual Session #1 - covers G-ZERO roughing and contouring: ROUGH, COMP, POINT, RADIUS, LINE, UNCOMP plus using RADIUS to chamfer. Session #2 - covers more advanced contouring plus REPEAT and FGROOVE plus modifier commands: STOCK, ROTATE, SHIFT, SCALE, PIPE, PECK.
Advanced G-ZERO Lathe Prerequisite: must have programmed first 6 parts in the G-ZERO Lathe Tutorial manual Session #1 - covers advanced contouring with COMP and CAD (DXF+DWG files), along with turbo chargers: SUPERG71, SUPERG72, SUPERGROOVE. Session #2 - covers system customization topics like Widget creation, adding new tool types, shapes and holders, plus adding new part materials.
G-ZERO Lathe with Live Tooling Prerequisite: must be familiar with all commands on the menu, especially COMP, RAD, LINE, UNCOMP. Session #1 - covers advanced contouring with COMP, along with extra axis optionsMILL,AXIS1=XC, AXIS3=XY', AXIS5=XY plus AXIS2=ZC, ZXIS4=ZY', AXIS6=ZY. Session #2 - covers second turret plus LETTER, plus %C positioning plus TAKEOVER and %#SUB, plus %#SYNC commands.
