Cancellations and substitutions: To guarantee a class seat, payment must be received 3 working days before class begins. Cancellations received up to five working days before the training will receive 100% credit toward another future class. Cancellations received up to 24 hours before the training will receive 50% credit toward another future class. No shows receive 10% credit toward another future class. If you cannot pre-pay, then please have a PO# ready and give us a call one day before the class to find out if a seat will be available. Student substitutions may be made at any time, as long as prerequisites are still met.

Introduction to G-ZERO Mill
Prerequisite: must have programmed first part in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual
Morning session covers basic Windows usage plus G-ZERO drilling with DRILL command: G81, G82, G83, G84.
Afternoon session covers basic milling: MILL, RECTANGLE, ROUND and introduction to COMP.

Prerequisite: must have programmed first 3 parts in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual
Morning session covers G-ZERO milling topics: COMP, ROUGH, ROTATE along with mill entry techniques.
Afternoon session covers new version 5 topics: Automatic lead-on/lead-off, Undo/Redo, Menu Widgets introduction, Fixtures(Clamp, Bolt, Vise), Corner rounding tools. Priority support customers should bring their computers, if possible, so we can load the new version.

Advanced G-ZERO Mill (Plus Version 5)
Prerequisite: must have programmed first 6 parts in the G-ZERO Mill Tutorial manual
Morning session covers advanced programming with COMP, along with extra axis options: WRAP, STATION, 3D BUILDING BLOCKS, plus if there is interest: 4-AXIS VIEW, 5 AND 6-AXIS VIEW.
Afternoon session covers new version 5 topics: Automatic lead-on/lead-off, Optimized drill path, Better helixing, Undo/Redo, Menu Widgets introduction, Fixtures(Clamp, Bolt, Vise), Corner rounding tools, adding new tool types, plus if there is interest: Widget creation and maintenance, Station w/ Child, Customizable axis direction and orientation, %NOSUB. Priority support customers should bring their computers, if possible, so we can load the new version.

Version 4 Intermediate + Advanced G-ZERO Lathe
Prerequisite: must have programmed at least 2 complete parts (sample or real) using G-ZERO
Covers training material included in your manual: Face, Rough, Tapered Thread, Groove, SuperRough, Rotate, CAD Converter, SuperGroove, and more. Live tooling will also be covered if there is interest.
